  I'm new to the area so was pretty stressed about finding somewhere for dogs to go. Having three, it's been difficult to find a boarding kennel that caters to all their needs.PNP were excellent, I am so happy with them that I have booked to go away again, knowing the girls will be well looked after. I'm also thinking about booking them into their daycare program.
  It's awesome how they put photos up on Facebook so I am able to see for myself that the girls are happy. Photos don't lie! My little Chi was grinning from ear to ear, all three were playing happily with other dogs. If anything I was a tad jealous.
  I found the staff to be caring and helpful. They were easy to talk to, and allayed any worries that I had.

  Every boarding kennel I rang put me off when I asked to do an inspection so I could see where my BABY would be sleeping and playing. This boarding kennel I rang and asked questions and the lady on the phone asked ME when would l like to inspect the premises. When I went out the place TRULY AMAZED ME.
  It is absolutely everything they say it is. Modern, pet friendly, owner friendly and lots of things for the pets to do and more. It is spotless and has a great feel to it and the staff are the friendliest people you could hope to have look after your pet. I have now had my BABY their for his 4th visit so I feel I can now tell others about our experience. My boy comes home happy and when we get to the driveway of Pooch N Puss his tail is wagging and he jumps out the door to get inside then jumps all over the staff to say hello. When we leave he runs to me then runs back to them and back to me then back to them like he doesn't know whether to come or stay he likes them so much. PS.He is always brushed and clean when we pick him up too.
