  Very poor. I strongly advise against dealing with this branch. There are much cheaper floor covering organisations around. Sales person who arrived 1&1/4 hours early for a measure & quote (Friday afternoon, no surprise) was rude and arrogant.

  The Team at Lakehaven Carpet court were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous with our questions and concerns, and the vinyl laying team were professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout the installation of our flooring products, even to the point of accommodating a time to fit in with us, many many thanks for a great job and service :-)

  My wife & I found the staff at the store very helpful & friendly. The two men that installed our flooring were very professional, laid the floor beautifully. They cleaned up after themselves and were also very friendly.
  We would recommend Carpet Court to anyone :-)
