  Our fifteen year old Daikin ducted A/C system broke down earlier this year. We had one local company have a look at it, who said that it wasn't worth fixing and gave us a quote for a couple of different replacement systems. We decided to get a second opinion to be sure the Daikin was beyond repair and we chose All Coast Air-Conditioning. Without knowing what the first company had said, Kerry from All Coast confirmed the 'diagnosis' and gave us quotes on several different new ducted systems.
  
  The quotes from All Coast were very competitive, and we ended up installing a Panasonic 20kW ducted system, which was excellent value compared to the other systems. We got six zones instead of the four zones we previously had, plus all new ducting because we live opposite a bush reserve and the rats get in the ceiling in winter for warmth and had chewed through quite a bit of the old ducting.
  
  Kerry, Rod, and the boys took a day and a half to install the new system (we're in a big single story house), and it all went seamlessly. They took away the old A/C and all the old ducting, of which there was heaps, cleaned up any mess they'd made from doing the new install, and gave us a run-through of how to operate the Panasonic. Whilst up in the roof cavity, Kerry even spread some rat baits in the ceiling for us, so we wouldn't have the rats feasting on the new ducting.
  
  We are very happy with our new system and have no hesitation in recommending Kerry, Kelly, and the team at All Coast.
